All Members may optionally request 24/7 card access to both exterior entrances to the MSU Innovation Hub building and the Cowork suite. Access control is managed through MSU's main card access system utilizing the MSU ID Card. 

PROCESS

For Current Students, Faculty, or Staff:

1. Members who ARE current students, faculty, or staff may simply email tgreen@ecenter.msstate.edu to request that their card be given access to the suite. Cards will generally be activated within 24-48 hours.

For Non-MSU Individuals:

1. Members who are NOT currently MSU students, faculty, or staff must complete an application to become a "Bulldog Affiliate". The form can be completed using Adobe eSign here.

2. Once the application is accepted, the Member will be notified via email that they can now go to the MSU Campus Card office in 108 Allen Hall to get an ID card made. There is no charge for the first ID card. Lost or damaged ID cards are subject to a replacement fee. Defective or "worn out" cards are replaced at no charge. (Campus Card Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, and 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday.)

3. Once the Member gets their MSU ID Card, they should notify tgreen@ecenter.msstate.edu, who can then request that the card be given access to the suite. Cards will generally be activated within 24-48 hours.
